Based in Olde New Orleans where the proximity to the Gulf of Mexico allows for an abundance of trade under the radar, Captain Mansa loves anything and everything gold! He belongs to "The Brotherhood of Pirates" which operates out of Olde New Orleans and is known for the quality of gold coins and plundered trinkets he possesses!
